Our Creative Process in Four Easy Steps

DTK Stone Works’ biggest passion is creating gorgeous stone projects for our clients. That’s why we tailored our creative processes to suit your specific needs. Our cutting-edge four-step process will make your stone journey flawless.

Consultation

Visit our showroom and fabrication facility in Wheeling, IL, or call us and tell us about your project. Our stone experts will listen to your project needs and recommend the right materials. After all details have been confirmed and you accept our proposal, we will sign a contract and schedule a field measure.

Measure

We precisely measure your space after the base has been prepared, using the industry's latest CNC digital lasers. We use 3D rendering software to show you how the final project will look before fabrication. After final approval, we will start the fabrication process.

Fabrication and Quality Control

After we have all the details upon measures, we will cut your slab using sustainable practices. DTK Stone Works uses a state-of-the-art American-made CNC water jet saw and CNC router to complete your project. Upon quality control and close inspection, ensuring every detail is in place, we will schedule the installation.

Installation

Once the slabs are cut and finished, we will confirm the installation date. Our professional crew will arrive at an arranged time to install your stone. After installation, we will clean up the space and ensure you are 100% satisfied with the result of your project.
